Each room, featuring modern amenities and some with breathtaking sea or mountain views, ensured a comfortable stay. The warmth of the family-run business shone through every detail, from the traditional Cantabrian dishes served in the restaurant to the handwritten menu tailored for us.As an art historian drawn to the beauty of nature, the proximity to the Bay of Biscay and the picturesque sandy beaches of Tagle and Comillas was a treat. My experience was made even more delightful by the attentive staff who goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome, like allowing us to extend our stay at no extra cost.The complimentary WiFi throughout the property was convenient for both leisure and work. With good hiking and cycling routes nearby, exploring the surroundings was a joy. The free private parking was a bonus for easy access to the stunning Santa Justa Beach, just a short drive away.In conclusion, Hostería Fimar perfectly blends comfort, affordability, and a genuine family touch.
